FAQ - NEWBORN SESSION

Welcoming a new baby is such a precious season, and capturing those early days is something you’ll treasure forever. I know parents often have lots of questions before booking a newborn session—how long it takes, what’s included, when you’ll get your photos, and more. To make things simple, I’ve put together this FAQ with everything you need to know about my newborn photography experience. From props and wraps to including family and receiving your professionally edited gallery, you’ll find all the details here so you can feel confident and relaxed heading into your session.

+How long do newborn sessions last?

Newborn sessions typically last up to 90 minutes. This allows time for feeding, soothing, and capturing those sweet, natural moments without feeling rushed.

+What’s included in the session?

We provide all the props, wraps, and backdrops, so you don’t have to bring a thing (unless you’d like to include something personal). You’ll also have access to our client closet with carefully selected pieces to make your session effortless. Once you book you will be given the link to the closet.

+How much is a newborn session?

A newborn session starts at $499. This included pictures of the newborn with anywhere from 3-5 backdrops. You will receive 30+ images in your online gallery. A $100 deposit is due to book your session and the remaining session fee is due on the day of the session.

+Can family members be included?

Yes! We love capturing family connections. You can choose from:

• Parents only – $75

• Siblings only – $75

• Parents + siblings – $125

+How soon will I receive my photos?

Your final gallery is delivered within two weeks of your session.

+How many photos will I get, and do I own them?

You’ll receive all the digital images, fully edited in our professional style. You’ll also have full rights to your images so you can print, share, and enjoy them however you’d like.

+Are the images edited?

Absolutely. Every image you receive is professionally edited to ensure timeless quality.

+What should we wear?

You’re welcome to wear your own outfits or browse our client closet for handpicked pieces that photograph beautifully. I typically suggest neutrals, textures and layers in the warmer months.
